Yes — Simply Signature is a fully vegetarian kitchen. Every dish, every week, with no exceptions. Many dishes can also be made without onion and garlic on request; mention it in the remarks when you order.

Each week's menu has a pre-order deadline (usually the evening before delivery, around 9:00 PM IST). Because everything is cooked fresh in small batches, we can't accept orders after the cut-off.

We deliberately cook only 5–10 portions per service. Small batches are how we keep the food genuinely homemade — cooked the same day, never reheated, never bulk-prepared. Early orders are recommended.

We currently serve the Jal Vayu Towers (JVT) community. Choose Delivery for doorstep delivery within JVT, or Takeaway to collect from JVT-343 during the delivery window.

Meals are packed in premium, microwave-safe containers with transparent lids. Parathas are wrapped separately in aluminium foil so they stay soft.

Payment is settled directly with Gayathri Sriram on WhatsApp after you order — UPI or cash on delivery both work. There are no online payments on this website.

Add it to the Remarks field when ordering, or mention it on WhatsApp. Common requests — less spice, no nuts, no onion-garlic — are usually easy to accommodate since every batch is cooked to order.

Yes, up to the pre-order deadline — just message on WhatsApp. After the deadline, ingredients are already prepped for the exact number of orders, so changes may not be possible.

No — and that's the point. Simply Signature is a community home kitchen, started on 12 June 2026. One thoughtfully chosen menu per service, cooked in a home kitchen exactly as it would be for our own family.
